Ranking CCR-Efficient Units with Presence the Indicator with Limited Resources

ABSTRACT: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a widely applied approach for measuring the relative efficiencies of a set of decision making units (DMUs), which use multiple inputs to produce multiple outputs. The ranking of efficient DMUs is one of the most interesting aspects of DEA method. The presence of the Indicator with Limited Sources (ILS) affects ranking methods. The ILS exists as fixed amount in a community and the DMUs can own it with their ability. When a DMU loses the same amount of the indicator, the rest of the DMUs find the ability to own some without even changing their capacities of other indicators and or vice versa. If a DMU want has more of the same amount of the indicator, the rest of the DMUs must supply it without even changing their capacity of other indicators. This paper develops a ranking method based on two famous ranking methods in DEA, AP and L1, for the efficient DMUs, when there is variation either in an input or output ILS.

Risk Identification and Classification of Different Types of Insurance Companies (Case Study of Insurance Companies in Iran)

ABSTRACT: Consideration of risks insured the probability of that event. Risk is an event happening and the possible origin of the problem may be damaged. The goal is to identify and classify the different types of insurance risk Persian Insurance Company is investigating. In this research techniques using analytic hierarchy (AHP) is proposed with respect to the factors influencing the papers have been collected, prepared in cooperation with experts and have been put to the test. The results showed that the coefficient of the variable importance of disaster risk: 0.336, Chain Risk: 0.204, there are potential disasters: 0.214, rare risk of: 0.108 and Long-Term Risk: was 0.136.

Surveying and Investigation the Effect of Knowledge Management on ERP Success

ABSTRACT: Nowadays, the business needs for an integrated, advanced information system is not questioned by organization-steering leaders, and an ongoing attempt is being made to catch up with innovation. What is questioned is the way to obtain this advanced technology, to insist on a platform and software-family selected previously, or to do a change. This paper discusses the initial findings of a two-phased study that focuses on empirically assessing the impact of knowledge management on the success of Enterprise Resource Planning systems. The research study uses information gathered from Iran National Petrochemical Company. Validation of the a priori model constructs through factor analysis identified two dimensions of knowledge management. Further analysis assessed the comparative differences perceptions of knowledge management in ERP, across four employment cohorts.

University examinations scheduling problem using genetic algorithms

ABSTRACT: Exam scheduling at universities and institutes of higher learning is known as an issue with heavy constrain so that it can contract at issue NP-COMPLETE. In many cases it is necessary to manually create exams timetable that it require much time and lacks quality so that in many cases , student complain of inappropriate examination timetable. In this situation finding the best manually is not an easy task. Studies have shown the use of evolutionary algorithms, which offers a good response time may not be optimal but the constraints is necessary for use to consider and provide us an acceptable exam timetable. In this paper, with using genetic algorithms with a completely random population and with changes in normal process of this algorithm, we try to solve the population and provide the best exam timetable in a short time.
